What do Americans think of Canadians?

I've always admired them tremendously (members of "Great Big Sea" in particular) and found them to be more genuine, more tolerant, and more interesting than Americans, by and large. I've enjoyed each and every part of Canada I've ever visited. Our children grew up watching delightful short movies and animations from the National Film Board--nothing like saccharine Disney movies or America's usually mindless kid TV. Canadians don't seem to provoke or sustain military aggression. Bilingualism is no big deal--none of America's "English Only" attitude. All in all, a superior nation except where American influence is too strong to suppress.
