Need advice for court TPO?

My friend has a Temporary Restraning Order on her soon to be ex husband. We need advice if I should attend to help her cope with such ordeal and be supportive. Her husband thinks we are having an affair and he is the one who did a domestic dispute. What should we do, I think I need to be there and so does my friend, but she is scared that her ex soon to be husband will tell the judge that she is having an affair. It's not fair to be blame for something she did not do. Her husband was not arrested, because he told the police that he did not hurt my friend. My friend had to go to the hospital and filed a report that went to the D.A. The D.A. is now pursuing a domestice case against him. Is it a good idea to show up for court for support?

you should not show up with her. just stay out of it. seriously, you are adding fuel to the fire if he believes you had an affair with her.

Yes support your friend all the way. The fact that you gonna show up will prove that you are just a supportive friend otherwise if you two were having an affair, would you really go to court?
