When I copy and paste my Resume to job sites some of it looks like jibberish,HELP!!?
It's in a PDF format and sometimes looks terrible. It was originally done in MAC and saved to my PC . Sometimes it's OK and other times it has caps in middle of words etc. Most of the job boards accept PDF, and Word. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Copy it from wherever it is into notepad or other simple ascii text editor. Then format it there to make it look reasonable. Then save it as a .txt file (or ascii text file)
Then when you copy and paste it, it will be just fine.
