When you create a word document on your home PC can anyone from the outside view your documents?
When I am typing my work proposals suddenly my computer screen goes blank and the hour glass comes one a few seconds later I get back my document. Should this be a cause for concern? Any useful information from computer savvy wizards is appreciated.

This screen blanking has nothing to do with someone accessing your documents from outside, and instead I think there might be something else wrong with your computer. Scan it for viruses and look for tech help if things seem to behave oddly like they didn't before.

If you submit your files to some websites, you can scan it anytime. And don't worry loss it.
