LA Ink : Am I the only one who notices the incredible amount of audio editing?

Not talking about editing it to make them say something they're not. Just clearly and frequently chopping up sentences to make them quicker/more to the point. The video is always cut to something else so you don't see cuts but it's there. Other shows do it but this one is extreme. Once you pick up on the choppy Frankensteined sentences it's hard to ignore.
