iChat Problems!! HELPPPPP!!!!! ): [must read all below]?

Ok, so my friend, she's asking a similar question. So she has two ichat/aim accounts - one that she is able to log into, and one that she cannot. The one she can't is her main one since like 3rd grade and she needs help with that one. Her aim was hacked, but she was able to change the password and log in again. Then, she ran into some problems when it kept saying "Disconnected. iChat cannot log into account" or something. (oh yeah, ps, its a macbook, an imac, another macbook, AIM, and phone that won't work) so everything doesn't work. We changed the password twice after this said that so we thought it was just a password problem, but we don't think its that anymore. Could it be like the password's been changed so many times that she's been temporarily logged out? Help is MUCH appreciated! THANKS SO MUCH! (: [[for ichat expertssss]] Again, thank you!
