    So sorry.I was wrong

    changes:

According to wiki a thought is itself a process. Well then according to me then when the mind processes surrounding to develop an idea then that process is a thought.

The mind does a lot of processing and one of its processes is labelled 'thought' to differentiate it from the nature of the mind's other processes of 'feeling','will', 'imagination and etc. Thus to me Mind is just a collective title given to all of the processes and cannot be different from "thought"

BUT If I could speak of spirituality then I would differ from my above conclusion and that is -

that the mind is an energy entity (different from the energy entity of the soul) which fuels the processing of "feeling", "will", "imaginations", "thought" and etc.

The energy entity of the soul is in constant strife with the mind-energy-entity to be in control of all of the above mentioned processes.

Source(s): I tried to do some deep thinking and came up with this terrible answer. Your question made me confront the most so-difficult-it-hurts concept of Form.I still can't put it in words even though I know exactly what it means - I hate those kind of concepts. Hope this isn't too embarrassing! I made changes! hope its correct
