hai provato con un altra entrata USB del tuo pc?Avvolte capita che si inceppi.

molto probabilmente devi installare i driver usb dell mouse..visto che windows non lo vuole riconoscere..su mouse c'è il modello e casa produttrice es trust...vai nel loro sito e scarichi il driver lo installi e riavvi
...connetti il mouse al pc e dopo l'installazione hardware tutto dovrebbe tornare a funzionare..
