Is it just me, ..........?
... or do a lot of Muslims here need to be hit with Umar ibn Al-Khatab's stick upside their head?
It was the practice of Umar ibn Al-Khatab (raa) to walk with a stick, and to hit those Muslims who try to create fitnah within the Muslim community.
If it's a genuine question that's relevant, then it's best to ask, as Rasul Allah (saaw) said: "The remedy for ignorance is asking (questions)."
But many of the questions here require Umar's stick!
Muslims need to learn the manners of asking questions.

No but Y/A is a place where you would ask genuine questions that you won't ask in real life because of fear or embarrassment. However the trolls probably do need the stick.

p.s in light of this new information of "umar's stick", i finally see where the saudis get their ideas from about beating people up.
Religion is between man and Allah (swt), it's no body's business to interfere.
