No.
Your Yahoo mail account (like gmail, hotmail, rocketmail, optonline and all other web-based email services) is completely independent of your ISP.
You will lose the email account that was provided by your ISP, but any email that you downloaded before the change will still be available to you.

NO....you will not lose your yahoo account. Yahoo goes where you go. Once your new provider is being used just enter Yahoo.com in a web browser to bring up their site. Bring up the home page and sign in as you normally do.
This is the main reason I use Yahoo. I have changed providers a few times....still have the same account
