Help naming a Cantonese(Chinese) Song?

I don't really know the song's lyrics but I recognise the tune. It's not very helpful, I know, but please bear with me. It is a duet between a girl and a boy and has a happy, upbeat tune.

As much of the lyrics as I can remember:

(and a bit of english?)

Oh, and if it helps, it was a pretty big hit a while back and kept on playing on the radio in Hong Kong.
