can anyone help me jailbreak my ipod touch 3rd generation?

I jailbroke it before with jailbreakme.com i accedently upgrade too the new version of itunes and now when i go back it wont let me jailbreak it again, i tried to downgrade using some site that had all the ituenes but it wouldnt let me open it on my comp. is there a way i can jailbreak it again using something else?

    What version of iTunes do you have right now? If it is lower then 4.0, spirit jailbreak and blackra1n should work, but if its higher I dont think they've made one yet.

    this only works if you backed up your blobs in cydia but try this method to downgrade and rejailbreak
