I have been involved with a mexican man for a bit now, and he keeps referring to me as bizcocho. And I have no idea what it means.

Bizcocho is a sweet cake, so he is paying you a big compliment. If you are interested in other countries instead of saying bizcocho they would say pastel.

Actually the word bizcocho in mexico is a very offensive word wish means dirty pussy so he is telling you you have a dirty pussy now in other Hispanic or Latin countrys it means a cake sweet pastries look it up on google
