My Debt Card doesn't work now?
I got a charge on my Debt card that shows up on my statement as
VISA ISA FEE for $0.02
looking online, the only thing I can see is that this is a fee charged by Visa (my debt card is also a visa card) for using the card outside of the country...
Right befor that is a charge of
CRD PURCH ARTODK APS ARTODK APS VIBORG 0 for $1.59
This is very odd, i've never charged anything that small at all. I can't seem to find anything about this charge...
I'm thinking that someone might have used my card number for something outside the country and that caused a freeze of my debt card? Is this possable? What else could cause my card to not be accepted? I know that there is plenty of money in the account, plus overdraft protection...
Thanks!

I'm really not worried about a less then 2 dollar charge, but if it means someone else has my card number and was using it, then yea, i'll get it canceled and get a new one... Any other thoughts on what could cause this?

The bank that issues the card may monitor the card for fraudulent activity and have blocked the card until they hear from you. Since you think this transaction was not yours it's best to call the bank to dispute the charge.
