You're pretty much SOL with SMS, and I don't think there is a way you can truly transfer them. You may want to send your SMS as an email to the address you will have on your iPhone

If you have Outlook on Windows, and used that to sync with your RIM, this should also work on your iPhone. Otherwise, if you use Google Contacts, you will be able to transfer your contacts easily by following the instructions I will provide in the source.

As for pictures, if you are using Windows, make sure the pictures are in your Pictures folder of your documents. This will mean some transferring, but that shouldn't be much of a problem. If you are using a Macintosh, there should be a similar folder for your pictures.

Once your iPhone is plugged into your computer, and the device's interface screen comes up, you will go to photos, and set up the check boxes, and selections there.

Go to Info, and if you are using Windows Address book, Yahoo Address book, you can set the contacts as appropriate. Calendar syncing is only available on Outlook, and email accounts is as well only Outlook, or Outlook Express. If these are not the options that are most appropriate to you, than I will recommend using Google Sync first on the RIM device to upload Calendar/Contacts/Mail to Google (with a Google Account), and use the source link for importing to iPhone.

Yes. Either your cell dealer or Apple store can do it with a CelleBrite machine or you can use www.cellesync.com to do it.
