No one blood test is 100% accurate.
The doctor may do more testing to see if these
return to normal range. Many things can
affect the results of these tests...exercising before
the test was done, an intramuscular injection,
muscle injury, and even medications and other things.
The liver enzymes are not the only tests the doctor
does to check the liver/biliary area. They also
do the liver function tests. Liver enzymes are made
in the liver cells, but only one of these enzymes are
specific to the liver itself, as it is made mostly by
the liver cells and that is the ALT...the others are
made in other organs, also.
The liver enzymes usually tested for are the
ALT, AST, GGT, and Alkaline phosphatase.
They are not a diagnosis test...they just give the
doctor an idea that there may be something wrong.
The liver function tests are the
Bilirubin, INR, Albumin, Pt, PTT
these give to the doctor an idea of how well the
liver cells are able to do the many functions of the
liver.

There is a condition, known as Fatty liver disease,
that can occur in the third trimester of pregnancy.
I'm giving you a few links to read about that.
I would not be too concern about this just yet...
it depends on how high your liver enzymes levels
really are.

The doctor may do an ultrasound to check the baby,
the liver biliary area and the liver itself.
These enzymes can go up, also, if the biliary
is obstructed some or if an infection has occurred.
I hope you are diagnosed soon. Best wishes to you.
