Palomuro Isn't very good. Try Triple Airbellum or Triple Fulhelmknight to replace it.
Also Try to expand your extra deck to allow a wider range of Synchro summoning.

That actually looks really good, man, although I'd replace the Palomuro with another Ragigura. Have you heard of the Faultroll loop? You have a Gottoms out and keep tributing Faultrolls to destroy your opponents hand. Faultrolls can, once per turn, bring back an X-Saber monster. Tribute a Faultroll that's used its effect and then bring it back with the other one. I've probably not explained that very well, but it's on the Yu-Gi-Oh! wikia.
Your main deck is solid, although your synchros could do with some... expanding. A Stardust Dragon or two, a Blackrose Dragon, a Goyo Guardian, etc. XX-Saber Hyunlei is good, maybe get a couple o' them, dude.

ok... I ought to apologise as I honestly have not used a saber deck earlier yet i'm basically offering my opinion and uncomplicated approach... Your deck ought to encompass an excellent variety of point 4 monsters that don't choose tributes and point 5 and better, probably greater for the point 4 monsters... attempt with tribute monsters to have the main effectual point 6 monster eg. Summoned cranium.... Your non-tribute monsters must be around 1800/1900 factors except they have a particular means... i'm sorry if this would not help yet merely attempting to be of guidance...
