"'And so it is' is the mantra from the book/movie 'The Secret' from which the girls on Pretty Wild are homeschooled from."
this has been asked many times before- it's in the archives.

It is their way of saying "amen" after praying kind of. The girls follow the book and the movie The Secret, and "and so it is" is from The Secret. Like the previous person said, it is the mantra of the secret.
