An indigestion remedy containing an alginate to help re-line a sore stomach will help. Remegel chewy tablets, Gaviscon etc. You can take a plain live yoghurt mid way between your antibiotic doses too.

Hi,
It could be a side effect from the medication.
Try drinking some milk or have some peppermint, if that does not work then try Gaviscon its really good for heartburn.
