Girl, Just wants to be friends, after just meeting?

This girl I met is so hot, and she wants to go to the movies, she asked me, I know wierd already haha, but has already stated she just got out of a serious relationship and just wants to be friends. She wanted to avoid awkwardness at the movies this weekend. I just wanted to be friends to, really, at least for now, I just met her, but is that just mean she doesn't want to go fast, or making sure I know I don't have a chance, or what is that lol. This isn't the traditional, "just wants to be friends" when you are already in a relationship. I mean, I don't have a chance down the road?! It could even be that this is a good oppurtunity. I think she just wanted to make sure I didn't put any moves, or try to kiss her already, which I didn't consider doing as we barely know each other.
