Star this if you wear/used to wear glasses or contacts.Also do you like wearing them?

i wear glasses

and i hate wearing them

cause its just annoying to have it on your face

and i hate watching stuff in 3D cause i have to wear glasses over glasses

I wear both, but I actually like wearing glasses and how they look on me and I prefer wearing them over contacts. Once I got used to wearing glasses all the time it became just another thing I put on at the start of each day and most of the time I don't even notice them. Further I would never consider getting Lasik surgery because the risks involved aren't worth it and wearing glasses has never been a big deal to me.

I have since I was 17, half a lifetime ago. I can't wear contacts. And on top of that my expensive glasses broke 2 weeks ago and I can't afford a new pair for a while so I'm stuck with glasses from 17 years ago! I look like an owl!

Yeah... I wear glasses. When I first heard I needed them.. I cried.. a LOT. And when I got them they didn't seem so bad. They are okay, the only bad thing about them is that they are loose, so they slide down my nose and I look like an old grandma. And when I am running in track, they bounce up and down my face; making it impossible to see ANYTHING. But, most of the time, I have to deal with them because I wasn't born with perfect eyesight. But they aren't too bad.

I starred. Yes, I still wear glasses AND contacts on different days. Like when I stay home all day, I wear glasses and then on weekends and when school starts, I would wear my contacts.

Well, I like wearing glasses I guess. I've gotten used to them since I've worn glasses for 6 years but I switched to contacts this year since I feel prettier and more natural without glasses. I don't really like going out in public with glasses so that's when I wear contacts.

I wear glasses but I hate them! I can never find ones that fit me because I am very petite and have a tiny head. So I always have to get children's glasses (which are too small and usually have some kiddie logo on them) instead of adult's glasses (which are always too big, stick out behing my ear too much, and slide down my face). That's why I am extremely happy that I am getting contacts in December!!!

Was a contact wearer for many years but the Eye Doc put me in glasses over a year ago, and was willing to let me switch back and forth this spring, but its weird how your vision changes after 40.

If I wear my glasses, I have to take them off or look under them to see clear; BUT if I wear my contacts, I need readers to see up close! That just sucks now!!!

Last year I went throught this phase where I wanted to stop being a dork and get guys, so I tried contacts.

I scratched my eyes out trying to get them in and out. It really wasn't worth it.

So, now I've decided that I'm just going to be me, glasses and all, and let everyone love it or hate it.

Doesn't really bother me. I should wear them whenever I'm awake, but I only usually only wear them around the house along with my sweatpants.
