Can I take my xbox back to wal-mart if its freezing up?

I just got a new xbox 360 slim and its freezing up on day 3 so can I just take it back and whats the procedure for that since I've never returned anything or can i just exchange it?

    I bet it would be an exchange but regardless...wal-mart takes back everything.

    yes. cuz you payed alot of money for a 360 but then it freezes up. and you know you just got ripped off so yes. they cant take money and give you crap
