what are some good books about love/hate like Pride & Prejudice?

i love the love/hate relationship between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy, and would like to find more books like it, oh and please do not say twilight. thank you ^_^

    Never read Pride and Prejudice, but the love and hate relationship reminds me of Wuthering Heights - by Emily Bronte.

    i at the instant study delight and Prejudice for the 1st time. Now, i'll be lifeless truthful with you. i'm a young person - turning 17 - and that i desperate to study it for the sake of having study delight and Prejudice. on the beginning up, I had to rigidity myself to study it. not in a manner that I desperately did not desire to study it, yet because of the fact I.... nicely you comprehend? besides, while the story began getting exciting (in the direction of the middle) i may well be sitting at college and be desirous to study it, excited (can not think of of a greater advantageous be conscious) to study it after college (thats when I study, customarily). besides, by utilizing the tip i became into chuffed that I study it. inspite of the undeniable fact that it wasn't overly overly great. nonetheless a stable study, tho. (some vast words. might choose a dictionary) yet study it, then you definately would be chuffed which you probably did. :)

    Ummm....the only one I can really think of is some crap vampire book, very similar to Twilight...so you probably wouldn't like that. Sorry.
