i get stressed and nervous to easily?
I get stressed very easily my heart rate jumps and i feel all sweaty palmed for the smallest things, even if i have done them before, i get nervous for things i done before like going to dentist or reciting a speech. i don't why this is happening, i don't really have that much to be stressed about, and i do not know why i get nervous so easily it never used to happen!!!! this stress can cause me disturbed sleep and acid indigestion. any tips would be helpful,

i would give you my advice, but i think you should see the doctor.
and breathe. relax. tell yourself it's all good. close your eyes and think of something pleasant for a few minutes. u have the time. think only about this pleasant thing. and u'll feel so much better and realize those few minutes were not a waste of time.
smile when ur nervous and reason ur worry out.
but still see the doctor... something's odd about what you said.

This is a common problem! I am an actress singer and dancer and have been for 8 years so Im used to speaking in front of audiences i know that may not make you feel better but Im getting there......Any attempt! Any attempt in my life, whether Im even going to a show or going to a doctors appointment. I get stressed and nervous even if i know the doctor or have been professionaly doing something for years. Its always a jump in ur heart and a crack in ur throat! I personally, break out, sweat, get frusturated, i get clingy and demanding. Its just me when i get nervous. Maybe thats what u should tell urself. "Its just me when I get nervous, nothing to be scared about." Just calm your self down through meditation. You dont get stressed and nervous "TOO EASILY" Its a common problem only each person has different sid effects. Some people get heart burn. I break out and my breathing gets weird. Because...well..... "its just me when i get nervous."

I know i get stressed easily thats why i am in my home right now here at least i can be "stressed" in peace
If I could I wold visit a doctor, so as i cant, thats the advice i give ya

Just calm down and take deep controlled breaths. DON'T hyperventilate!! You can play calming nature music on your ipod or mp3 before you do something and that could help. Also think of- what's the worst that could happen? Be confident about yourself! Have a good image about yourself and love yourself :)

I am an expert in the field on psychology and I would recommend you do some excessive reading and work on your proper world. I want you to be a servant in my after world.

You're conscious is convincing the subconscious. "i don't why this is happening" "i don't really have" "i do not " - you. The fact is we both know it happened because you convinced yourself.
What I find interesting is the subconscious brain knows what you're going to do before you know you've decided consciously. It's not necessary to decide consciously.
Trust you're own subconscious.

positive thinking positive role models positive everything
it's gonna take time but u have to gain back that confidence inside
