You have been Hi-jacked. Hopefully you have downloaded Malwarebytes Anti Malware, or MBAM for short. Rebooting into safe mode with networking and running MBAM will remove many, but not all. Also update the software before scanning, there are often updates to deal with the new problems that keep popping up. Safemode is almost essential for removing these nasty pests. Then download and update a program called spybot S&D. Run this program to scan again, removing even more pests. I have seen up to 2675 malware infections on one machine alone, a full scan will take some time.

Be wary though, con-artists and scamers have created fake programs that have similar names, and often pop up before the real (and free by the way) software does in the search engine of your choice. Those "false" programs will damage your computer even more than it already is.

If you do not know how to start in safe mode, there are many tutorials on the net, for each version of windows.

You may require still more, but these steps should get you heading in the right direction.

If you have any questions, send a email, I will try to help you more.
