How to make a DVD-10 or DVD-9 size movies into DVD-5?

I have used DVD Shrink and CloneDVD and it doesn't work. I really want to burn them into a DVD-R with a 4.7GB capacity.

As lance 1 said, use DVD Shrink to analyse the DVD movie and compress various part such as the menus and the credits to fit the whole movie onto one DVD-5 disc.

You can have a try this dvd copy

It supports both NTSC and PAL DVD movies. supports DVD menus and subtitles. You can copy DVD-9 to DVD-9, copy DVD-5 to DVD-5. You also can compress DVD-9 to DVD-5 without any quality lose. More information: http://best-1-click-dvd-copy-pro.kooksoft.com/

'quickest' and 'lowest cpu useage' is a contradiction in terms in video encoding. In order for an encoder to work fast, it has to utilise your cpu. video encoding is one of the most cpu-intensive tasks you can do on a puter. That said, most programs have a setting which will allow you to tweak how much cpu they hog. Unfortunately, the less cpu you allow, the longer they take. If you are tech savvy, then autogk is great if not try mediacoder You will have to decrypt the dvd first though. magic dvd ripper is good, so is dvdfab platinum. Neither of these are free though.
