Why am I (all of a sudden) becoming lightheaded after working out?

I have been working out for years, and the past two instances I have done my strength training exercises I have become lightheaded. I will lie down on the mat to due my stretches and start to feel like I am going to pass out, any sudden quick movement also gives me this feeling.

Does this happen to anyone else, or how I can correct it?

Check to make sure your eating as much calories as burning, some times when you eat to little then exercise a lot that feeling happens, i'm a really big runner and soccer player so when i have a game or run early in the morning, i have to skip breakfast and i get that feeling. And i'm pretty sure your not anorexic, but that's one of the symptoms ;)

    Hope this help! :P
