Pokemon Heartgold and soul silver question?
Alright so I had got a Feebas off the GTS not to long ago but I read you have to max out its beauty stats befor it will evolve the thing is I dont think you can do that in heart gold or soul silver. Is there some other way to make feebas evolve in the game? Thanks alot =)

You can max out Feebas' beuty in HG/SS. Try taking it to Blue's sister Daisy everyday at 3:00 PM to get it a massage. There's no Beauty Ratings in HG/SS but you should do this around 8 times (Blues sister is in the top left house of Pallet Town in Kanto).
P.S- Also I have heard that you can go to the Hairstylist in the underground of Goldenroad. The beauty stat will increase. When it is max, level it up and it shall then evolve into a Milotic.
