You can download the demo and install it on however many computers you want, and once you buy a license you are also allowed to use it on multiple computers as long as you are the only one using the program.

Just make sure you get the right version. The demo is basically the same as the Producer Edition, except for some of the generators like Sytrus and Directwave that are only available in the Signature Bundle. You can compare the versions here: http://flstudio.image-line.com/documents/features....

to answer your question. i dont know. BUT i used to have it then converted to 'acid express 7.0'
i personally think acid express is better.
