I'm going to redeposit it but what do I do if it bounces again?
My employer knows about it.
I already have a new job starting next month. He owes me two more checks that I've already earned.

You can take legal action if you are not paid at all, however they can get away with paying you late.

You need to start looking for a new job. When banks bounce payroll checks things are getting dim for the company....

ask your employer for immediate payment.
if its not resolved, contact a lawyer. consultations are usually free.
