I had this same problem. Game Crazy tried to fix mine but they were unsuccessful. Then I sent it to CDFixers.com. It came back looking brand new and it worked perfectly. You should try them out. They will professionally refinish your game disc back to new condition for really cheap. They guarantee their work too or your money back.
