What foundation is right for me?
Ok well first off, im fairly light skinned (curse of the red hair) and the foundation i use wears off, I will apply it at 5 in the morning and its already worn off by noon, does anybody know of something that will give me all day coverage? And because i am so fair, i am also looking for a foundation and concealer to make me look somewhat tan, well not even that, i just want something that will add some color to my face so i no longer look like a ghost.
Thanks for your help :)

i posted a similar question on here a week ago and a couple girls recommended maybelline dream matte mousse. i tried it and i love it! its a medium coverage but it feels sooo light on your skin, not heavy or cakey. i use the maybelline superstay concealer first around eyes and whatnot then appy the mousse. its wonderful.get the color that suits your skin (im very fair skinned too i feel your pain!) and get youself a couple colors of blush or a light bronzer. wet n wild has some great blushes for around 3dollars. get a matte color (a shimmery color will make you look shiney) try a light pink or peachy shade. if you want to try a bronzer (good time since its still summer) get a light shade, almost gold-ish.

The right make-up starts with a good make-up base, try applying moisturiser before applying any make-up, it will allow your make-up to look fresh all day. Try using a drug store concealer, followed by Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse, it comes in a variety of shades and costs about £7, good value considering one pot lsts about 6-8 months. Then apply a transparent powder over the top, or if you want a slightly more tanned look, you can use a bronzer. To give you face more colour, try using pale lip sticks and natural eye shadows. You can make bronzer look like tan if you apply it more to the chin and nose, with lighter brushings over the cheek bones. Hope this helps.

I use Revlon Colorstay. It's $10 at Walmart. It really stays on a long time and they have lots of shades to choose from. Sometimes if I don't wash my makeup off at night, the next morning when I look in the mirror I can tell that its there. I'll think "wow, my face looks good" and then I'll realize that its just the makeup.
