How about one about a person & their character.

I wrote this little ditty

for Diane who's Always witty

No other comes to mind

Like this gal that you will find

In my life she's been a long, long time

I can truly say she's a friend of mine

She is so sweet and oh, so cool

She Always listens 'cause she's no fool

Her smile is shy and so mischievous

Sometimes it seems that she is devious

But this I know--she's not that way

I love this girl, what can I say

We're always laughing and having fun

Especially when our day is done

I know we'll hang a long time here

But let me make just one thing clear

Her heart is for another

Besides----I feel just like her brother.
