Undercover Boss: How long can they expect this show to last before "Hey is this Undercover boss?"?

A rare example of a show being ruined because it is a hit.

I mean a person comes into a business with a film crew and a cover story. This show isn't a secret.

x number of employees + x number of customers. People will know quickly and the information the bosses seek will be compromised by workers putting their best feet forward, hiding the reality.

Update:

No the cameras aren't hidden, though they might have to be if the show is to continue.

Only saw a few episodes but always starts with a cover story: "this film crew is here to film something on entry level positions etc..."

Aren't the cameras hidden like on the show 'Candid Camera'? That's what I was thinking. I don't think the employees know that they're being filmed, until at the end of the show. It's quite obvious then. I like that show. It's all reruns now that I have already seen. A friend of mine was just saying that he hopes that his company boss would film an episode so that they can see how he keeps the company running like a charm, and so that he can get a well deserved long overdue promotion lol.

Yeah your right, I Mean just look at the daily show, who would agree to do an interview with them, everyone must know that it's a joke by now right?

Sorry but 1) The population in america is 350 some odd million, now not everyone watches TV, or has cable. 2) there are as many reality shows as I have aunts and uncles, so it could be ANYTHING.

I really don't think that it will get ruined by exposure.
