Is the Naked Urban Decay Palette a good start palette for a 14 year old girl?

I've already asked this question but I want to get as much feedback as possible.

Okay so I am a 14 year old girl (and about 3 months :P ) and I want to experiment with eyeshadows, I love MAC makeup and I buy lip-glosses, blusher etc from there but their eyeshadows are rather expensive especially if you want to buy about 6 as a starter set, that amounts to around £60 or more which is far too much for a teenager like myself to pay so I was considering the Urban Decay Naked palette which just came out today in the UK, I've seen several reviews on it but I was wondering if it was okay for my age? Whether it is good quality makeup? Is urban decay as good as mac? Is it worth it? (its £28 for 12 full sized eyeshadows, a double sided eyeliner and a mini Primer potion) Are the colours too old for me? I'd much rather wear neutrals than pastels as I am indian and my skin-tone matches NC35 perfectly, also my eyes are medium brown, almond shaped and rather large

This is the palette http://www.temptalia.com/urban-decay-naked-eyeshad...

Thank you so much! Sorry its a bit long!

I just bought this palette and it`s literally amazing. The colors are really pigmented. I was lucky enough to get the last one available at Sephora.

Most of the colors you could definitely wear because there are alot of Browns, Pinks, Bronzes, and Golds. That would be excellent for your skin tone and would really enhance your eyes.

I have light skin and green eyes and this palette also works really well for me. What I love about it is the fact, that the shades pretty much will work with everyone`s coloring.

I suggest saving the darker colors to use as eyeliner. I think at 14, it would be a little harsh to wear all over the lid. Use an angeled eyeliner brush to softly apply the liner into your lash line, on either the top or bottom or both, whichever you prefer.

It`s a great buy, I highly recommend it to you. Urban Decay has the hands down best eyeshadows out there period and I have tried almost every brand you can think of.

They are really vibrant, last all day, and are very blendable. It makes more sense to buy this palette, instead of buying one indivual color which would be too expensive.

Trust me, Urban Decay is the best of the best. Don`t hesitate to buy this, because they are constantly being sold out here in the U.S. Hope this helps.

Urban Decay eye shadows are really great :) I'd say they're the same quality, if not better than MAC. They're super pigmented, long lasting, and the colors are gorgeous. The Naked palette is a really good one for starters. It has lots of neutral colors so you don't look overdone, but some fun shades too :D I think that's a great deal for 12 eye shadows, eyeliner, and primer. :) I hope I helped, and good luck!

Urban Decay eyeshadow is just as good, or better, than MAC. And the palette is worth the money.

I say get it. There are a lot of neutral colors to work with for day.

    :)

I useeeee.. this palette forgot the name its sold like whereever CoverGirl Rimmel London Maybelline & all that jazz is shone. It basically caters to your eye color. Yes u would recommend it but I would also recommend the Coastal Scents 88 palette. It has a whole bunch of colours and is pretty cheap. It is perfect for beginners =)

Looks like a great start for natural colours. Plus you get a mini primer?!? Awesome!

urban decay is such a good brand.

the makeup is pigmented, and it blends well (so much better than mac, etc.)

but it is a little too grownup for u. cause its $44

id suggest coastal scents 88palettes instead. they have shimmer, matte, warm,& neutral ones and they're about $20. they're so pigmented and amazing quality.
