How to Expunge Records after 8 years?

If your lawyer does not give information at the time of trial that you can ask that a record be expunged and after 8 years you find the item is still on your record and the lawyer stated at the time of trial it may not be expungable what can you do to get it off of your record? The lawyer failed to give all information at the time of the case so your record for all these years has been tainted by one situation that happend over 8 years ago

Whatever your lawyer did or did not tell you has no bearing whatsoever. It sounds like this lawyer told you that it might not be able to be expunged, and that was correct. They didn't tell you that it definitely couldn't be (or at least that's not what you're claiming here).

Also, your life hasn't been tainted by one "situation" so don't try and pass it off like that. Your life has been tainted by a bad decision you made, not some "situation" that just happened.

Unless you were under 18 at the time, anything on your criminal record is permanent.
