Building A Mini Corn Hole Set?

Does anyone know the instructions on building a mini corn whole set? Preferably an open sided version. I mainly need the dimensions so everything is proportional. Thanks in advance!

    All I could find where the mini bags for sale. They measure 4" x 4" and are filled with 5oz of corn.
