Can't set up my new Belkin N150 router?
Everything went fine until the final stage..connect to internet.Then I got the message Internet account not accepted. I'm on Windows Vista and Virgin Cable. How can I sort it out. Any help would be appreciated

when you attached the router to the cable modem, did you reboot the modem, best idea is to turn off the cable modem and router at the power plug, wait 30 seconds turn on the modem and wait for the ready light to go solid, then the router. and see what happens.
