ALGEBRA 1 QUESTION! URGENT HELP!?

I need this for my homework... it's a pretest, and I've forgotten everything about math! And I'm in Advanced, so I'm screwed. Could you PLEASE give me the answer to this question?

Cathy ran for 30 min at a rate of 5.5 mi/h. Then she ran for 15 min at a rate of 6 mi/h. How many miles did she run?

F. 2.75

G. 4.375

H. 4.25

I. 5.75

I chose "I" because it made the most sense.... but which one would you choose? Urgent! Please help! Thanks!

    30 minutes at 5.5 mph is 2.75 miles. (another way to look at is that 2.75 is half of 5.5)

    15 minutes at 6 mph is 1.5 miles. (another way to look at is that 1.5 is one-fourth of 6)

    the answer would be 4.25 miles.

    Dtotal = V1T1 + V2T2

    Dtotal = (0.5)(5.5) + (0.25)(6)

    Dtotal = 4.25 miles (H)

    Remember to keep in mind the unit conversions.
