I need a good word here please help.?

We know there is a word called greenthumb to describe one who is good at planting? What is a nice word we can use to describe a person who is artistic or talented in art and design? Please help.

    For the record, "green thumb" is used to describe someone who can grow plants well, not someone who's good at planting.

    How about creative? You used artistic which is probably the most appropriate word for what you're seeking.
