Not yet, I think C.Cole's miss was bad for the game and if you think about it the penalty-missing teams had bad days.
Look at ManU,Blackburn and Aston Villa, they could've had different games had they not missed the penalty.
Wait for 3-4 more games, if you still haven't won then you can worry.

give him a chance haha, i actually respect him from going from a higher profile manager to him battling for portsmouth now west ham. he managed to get pompey to the f.a cup final and i am sure he will keep the hammers up if given the chance to.
