Maybe something electrical like a digital radio, a new phone, an MP3 player, a Digital camera, a television or something for the garden.
Think about her hobbies and interests and work from there.

Usually for the hard to shop for person, a gift card is the best way to go in this situation. Buy one to her favorite place, whatever that may be. Those are usually the best ways to go.
