The same team has hit 2 grand slams in the same inning 6 times in the history of the MLB (if you check out the link it references 7 games but the 2006 Mets is incorrect) - no team has ever hit a grand slam and then 4 batters later hit another.
The closest that any team has ever gotten was the 1980 Milwaukee Brewers against the Red Sox on April 12. Cecil Cooper hit a grand slam, and then 5 batters later (of the 4 batters in between 3 got on base and 1 got out) Don Money hit another grand slam.

I can't answer this with any certainty, but I recall being at a Padres game in which the team hit a grand slam then loaded the bases and hit another grand slam OR at the very least, a 3-run homer.
Given how many thousands upon thousands of games have been played in MLB history, I'd say there has to be at least one example of this happening.

The pitcher has never hit a grandslam in a perfect game but, on July 23, 2009 Josh fields of the Chicago White Sox hit a grand slam during Mark Buehrle's perfect game.

The feat you describe has never been accomplished. The closest was a game with the Milwaukee Brewers hitting two grand slams with one extra batter between the slams in 1980 against Boston. In the 2nd inning, Cecil Cooper hit a grand slam and Don Money followed with another just five batters latter.

That's a near impossible feat, and I doubt there is even such a feat in history. But I do recall a game when a Cardinals player Fernando Tatis hit 2 grand slams in the same inning off the same pitcher (Chan Ho Park) in 1999. But that is the closest I can think of.

The closest thing I can remember to what you are talking about is Fernado Tatis hitting two grand slams for the St. Louis Cardinals in the same inning. This happened way back in 1999.

I see you were inspired by an earlier question. I will expand on my answer to that question. Only one perfect game pitcher also hit a grand slam in his career. That was Don Larsen who pitched his perfecto in the fifth game of the 1956 series against the Dodgers. Earlier that year he hit a grand slam during an Aprill 22 game against the Red Sox. Two memorable feats in one year. How about that?

Answer : Houston Astros did it at a dbl. Header ( afternoon) at Shea 1969 or 70 ? Denis Meinke hit the first one and Toy Cannon ( Jimmy Wynn) hit the second. Eight up eight across period. I was a witness. A lot of people commenting do not know what they re talking about. When in doubt do some research instead of bippin off at the gums!

Impossible, you can hit back-to-back homers, but not a grand slam but im pretty sure teams have had morea than 1 grand slam in an inning.
