Will Tata enter the American market with a car named Daimler?

When Tata bought Jaguar, people wondered why they were interested in that company.

Jaguar has a network of dealers in the USA. Jaguar bought a british company called "Daimler" years ago. They own the right to use the name "Daimler on a car". The German company named Daimler named its product "Mercedes" long ago.

So, Tata can now make a car with the name Daimler and sell it in the U.S. Jaguar dealer network.

Since the car will be using Daimler's name and Jaguar's dealers, it will seem to be a luxury car.

Its gotta be a better name than "Tata"
