What are the strength's and weaknesses of ghouls in the Dresden Files.

They eat lots of meat...preferably human. Weak to holy water, according to Grave Peril. Ummm... basically, they're just pretty tough. They heal by feeding. Killed by overwhelming force most often. Books with ghouls fighting are Summer Knight and White Night. They have trouble planning out really complex things, but they aren't stupid.
Oh, found some specifics. You have to shatter vertebrae or smash skull to kill one, and they work well as a pack.
And finally, they're fast.
