Who started the myth that Wikipedia admins are capricious and arbitrary in their decisions?

It seems that every time someone doesn't understand the wisdom of Wikipedia's holy leaders, the Wikipedia Review tards are standing by to perpetuate this vicious, unfounded rumor. Was it one of them who started it? Or a banned user who isn't on WR?

I'd say it isn't a myth, but a collective opinion started by countless individuals across the globe; each of whom has believed, for a fleeting moment in time, that they might be able to share their knowledge with others, only to be shot down by an admin with lots of flair, a really high score and not much in the way of knowledge about the subject matter.

The admins can be exactly that.

Despite WP's internal probs, the final product is very good because of the huge base of editors, many of whom are very well informed.
