I have decided it is way beyond a security thing and does invade privacy and may be causing health issues. Every time we give up a few minor basic rights, we lose a little more of our freedom, privacy and rights.

In the past, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) repeatedly claimed that electronic body scan images "cannot be stored or recorded". But according to a report by CNET News, federal police agencies are in fact saving tens of thousands of images.
It seems any place where security is determined to be high (i.e. airports, courthouses, government facilities), visitors are subject to an assortment of intrusive technologies. Even when entering some education or entertainment venues, you can encounter extremely high frequency radio waves. These waves reflect a picture of your anatomy back to a recording device (e.g. millimeter wave scanners). Many airports are using or experimenting with devices that measure low-powered, reflective X-rays (e.g. backscatter X-ray devices) to produce a clear body shot that reveals precise details. Many people do not realize the extent of the detail. In other words, if you have a skin blemish, these devices will identify and store it with your record.

I do not mind but as usual we get our lives disrupted in everything and all because of all these nut heads, who think the whole World owes them a living. I would really like to know what they want from this World, because it is a mystery to me, and more than likely everyone else as well. As for me I say if when caught they should put them on show in a Public Place and then execute them, slowly. No way give them the luxury of any Prison, just get them in the open and let the people decide.

I have no problem with them and can't understand why anyone would as long as the one being scanned is not open to the public to see. Unless the screeners are idiots I don't see any reason for the scanning not to be viewed in a private place.

Would you rather have your plane blown up or a little embarrassment at the airport prior to flying?

I am fine with them, they help to keep us all safe and alive in an uncertain world.
