I would like to know what is the career of a fashion designer.How much you earn if your a fashion designer?and can i know what all you need to do to become a fashion designer...
well...i know a little about it...like you need your own portfolio and a course of 2 or 4 years.
What do they teach in the course? and does it have a good scope now?

Well, a fashion designer a typically a person who designs any article of clothing, it just takes creativity. A fashion designer can have a salary of about $50 000 - $100 000 or so I've heard.
The fashion industry is known to be VERY competitive, it's fairly hard to get someone to notice your designs. I would say that you should try designing and sewing some samples and maybe send some designs where they can get noticed? Not very sure on how you should start. You could also intern at famous designer stores and maybe fashion magazines to get some ideas on how your want to start designing, they can offer opportunities to see the designer's works in fashion shows and such.
Most fashion design courses teach you the basics like textiles, sewing and etc.
Main point: you must have passion and creativity and some hope to maybe get some connections and get your designs noticed.

you need TALENT if you don'tt have that justdon't't go for it
and once your a designer you can start your own clothing line so it really depends on what you do!!
