Creative Zen V Plus video conversion?

Question

I am trying to put a few videos on my Creative Zen V Plus MP3 player. I am using http://www.zamzar.com/ to convert them to .wmv file format from youtube videos. I then use the Zen Media Explorer's video converter to convert them to the correct format and transfer them to my MP3 Player. However, almost all of these videos get the error "Conversion unsuccessful". It does not tell me why it was unsuccessful, so I have no idea what to do about this. I've successfully converted and transferred only one file. This makes no sense, because all the files I'm trying to convert all start as the same file type, .wmv. The player also has a sufficient amount of space. There is no reason this shouldn't work that I can see. Please help me. Thank you for your time.
