around what age do females get their growth spurt?

if you're worried abut being short, don't be! lol i'm 5'7 and 14 years old and its very annoying.. i'm taller than a lot of guys if you think about it it'll be easier 2 get guys cuz they'll be taller than you!! jk lol but streching does help a little but you usually grow to be somewhere around 5' to 6' in puberty and you can start it anywhere from 8 - 20 so just be patient and no diets will help you look taller, just the skinnier you ar ethe taller you look, and also, read some articles about chothes you wear to make you look taller.. i read one once and i saw like skirts and boots, skinny and flare dark jeans

Female Growth Spurt

Most girls growth rapidly slows down at 16. Although you can have growth spurts up until youre in your 20s. Last year when I was 17 I had a major growth spurt. It was really weird and unexpected because I hadnt grown for years so I thought I had reached my final height

I dont think you can make growth spurts happen but eating healthily and getting a lot of sleep helps. Calcium is good too as that gives you strong bones

welll...u can get a growth spurt during puberty,like when ur 9-ur teens years...(everyone's different)but i'm not so sure u grow any much more during ur adult years...i think u shrink when ur in ur middle age years cuz most seniors are kind of short...(u know try to get enough sleep if u can ,u grow when u sleep and eat healthy foods)hope i helped...:)

girls usually get there growth spurt between ages 9 throught to 21 (So i heard)

i got my growth spurt when i was 15, and i went from 5'1 to 5'9 in like 6 months!!

its ussually between the ages of 12 and 15 but it wont happen until ur ready for it
